Introducing Ercall Wood Technology catering
There are six of us that work in the kitchen at school and we do everything from ordering food; costing menus; cooking lunches; cashing up the takings; serving lunches; and clearing up the counter, kitchen and food hall. The team and I are very proud of what we do and the environment that we work in.
The kitchen is very well designed and is a spacious area boasting all modern equipment which makes our jobs that much easier. We have large ovens to prepare all the meals. We offer a wide range of traditional food throughout the day in three services.
The team and I will be working hard over the coming year to grow the reputation of Ercall Wood for offering great quality food to customers; not only reaching out to the local area but also into the classroom to help support the teachers with the education of pupils about food.
